Please arrive at your appointment with clean, dry, and tangle-free hair (ensure hair is free of any oils, gels, or hairspray). If you have been treating at home, please make sure all the residue from those treatments has been removed.
Your business is very important to us, and this appointment time has been reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedules change, so we respectfully ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules. Appointments made within 24 hours may instead be canceled or rescheduled with 2 hours’ notice.
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we are unable to assist another family in need of our services.
Appointment Confirmation Policy
Appointments must be confirmed no later than the morning of the scheduled visit. Any unconfirmed appointments are subject to cancellation at our discretion within 2 hours of appointment time.
We do not have a built-in grace period, so we kindly ask that you plan to arrive 5 minutes before your appointment start time. We do understand that occasionally life can be unpredictable. If you think you are going to be late, please call or text to let us know. We will do our best to accommodate you!
Appointments may require a deposit that will be requested at the time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable; however, the deposit amount will be applied to services at kept appointment. No-shows and those appointments not rescheduled within the stated time frame forfeit the amount and a new deposit will be required for a future booking.
Some cases may require additional time to be able to complete the treatment. Individuals with a severe infestation or when the hair is very long, thick or textured may require this extra time and therefore additional charges may apply. Most cases do not require this extra time. Your technician will assess this at the beginning of the appointment and discuss all options.
Guarantee and Re-Treat Policy
Our service re-treatment policy is only provided on our Signature AirAllé Treatment. With nearly 850,000 treatments done worldwide and less than a 1% re-treatment rate, we know it works!
Our treatment has been proven effective 99.2% of the time, we stand behind our work. We cannot promise there will be no re-infestation, so we must keep our policy to 30-day service re-treatment. Based on the lice life cycle we can determine if the treatment had failed (which happens less than 1% of the time).
All family/household members need to be screened and treated at the clinic, if necessary, for the guarantee to be valid. This includes split household members where there is shared custody of children.
Our guarantee is valid for 30 days, and in the unlikely event of treatment failure and/or re-infestation, we will re-treat at no cost.
